BOSS UP

Say no more, this episode we touch base on the feelings surrounding unexpected announcement from Dan the Man, the announcement that is bringing Fitness back to Melbourne (exciting!!!). We explore phase one of the F45 Challenge and how to utilize the building blocks for a successful transformation while being real about how difficult life can be. We acknowledge the fact that we live busy lives and while we want to make fitness a priority, weight loss doesn't pay the bills. We finish off by highlighting the importance of routine, setting goals and exploring non-negotiables.

Welcome to episode 1 of Boss Up! In this episode Mel goes through why the name change to Boss Up. She also discuss's the upcoming challenge details and what to expect from this season.
