“Find and unleash your inner badass.” For the past 99 episodes, that has been the podcast’s tagline. But what exactly does it mean to be badass? The definition can vary depending on who you ask. To celebrate our 100th episode, we have invited back two women who we think are the very embodiment of this saying.
In this special episode, we’re happy to welcome back Spencer Snakard and Sarah Walton. As a transformation coach and business mentor respectfully, they will share their personal insights on tapping into our true essence. They show us that awesomeness doesn’t always have to be the things we culturally perceive as great or monumental. It is everything.
No more just dreaming or hoping of being a badass. It’s time to enter the possibility of being one. So make sure to join us for this exciting episode as we discuss what it truly means to be a badass.

In this episode, I’m joined by Tammy Sollenberger, a licensed clinical mental health counselor and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Certified Supervisor. With a Masters in Arts and Marriage and Family Counseling, Tammy has served as a community support therapist and worked closely with those that struggle with mental illness.

Last week’s episode ain’t just done yet! Join us as we continue our conversation about astrology with Sarah Temel.
This time around we will be looking more into birth charts and how astrology can often get misunderstood. Astrology isn’t saying that you are on this predetermined course that you have no control of; rather its true purpose is helping you better understand yourself.

Astrology is an ancient concept, perhaps even as old as time itself. The concept of how the planets in our solar system and even stars in our galaxy can provide a vision for the future or why a person is the way he/she is has fascinated people for quite some time now.
Sarah Temel is one such person who is very interested in astrology and has even used this as a personal growth model to help her clients. Through combining both the use of astrology and therapeutic practice Sarah wants to be able to guide her clients towards healing more deeply rooted patterns of struggle.
If you’ve always been unsure about astrology then check out this eye-opening episode to find out what astrology is really all about and how you can use it as a tool to help you overcome your traumas.
