Jaylen Brown accepted his bench role in a return Thursday night, scoring 21 points in a 128-100 Boston Celtics rout of the New York Knicks.

Kyrie Irving totaled a team-high 22 points, but suffered a shoulder injury late. Al Horford earned his second double-double of the season.

Tim Hardaway Jr matched Irving's 22, but the Celtics looked like a completely different team than the one New York embarrassed two weeks prior.
