An American novelist, journalist, and short-story and comic-book writer, we're proud to welcome him back to the NorthEast Comic Con & Collectibles Extravaganza the weekend of July 6-8, 2018.
What you may not know is, much of Will's fiction has been published under pseudonyms. He also co-created the superhero Squirrel Girl, with artist Steve Ditko, for Marvel Comics. He scripted The Destroyer black & white magazine, as well as single stories starring Iron Man & The Punisher.
Will Murray is also an author of nonfiction articles about pulp magazine writers such as Doc Savage creator Lester Dent. Since 1979, he has been the literary executor for the estate of Mr. Dent and has published fifteen Doc Savage novels from his outlines under Lester Dent's pseudonym, Kenneth Robeson.
Joe St.Pierre began his comic book career at Valiant Comics, as penciler of RAI, and co-creator of Secret Weapons. He has also worked as a writer and artist for Marvel, DC (Aquaman, Green Lantern), Image (Megahurtz), IDW (Transformers), Boom (Power Rangers) and Dynamite.
Joe St.Pierre also works in the fields of commercial illustration, intellectual property design and storyboards for Animation and Video Games. Clients have included MTV, Capstone, Discovery Channel, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros. Animation, Cartoon Network, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, PBS, The Amazing Kreskin and Activision. Most recently, he's been working on a graphic novel series featuring the famed aquanaut Fabien Cousteau, to be published by Simon & Schuster in March 2019.
Joe's publishing company, Astronaut Ink, highlights his own creator-owned properties Bold Blood, Megahurtz® and New Zodiax. The first printing of the New Zodiax Graphic Novel sold out, and thanks to two successful Kickstarter campaigns, the second printing is now available through comic shops and the Astronaut Ink website.
