We all get annoyed, right? Sometimes it's minor, I forgot a grocery bag and have to go back into the house to grab one. Other times the annoyance is so intense you have to step away to take a few deep breaths. Diving into the annoyance can be helpful. Even pausing and giving a moment or two of attention to the culprit can be worth the time. Without reflection we're often left with the feeling of frustration, anger, some variant of annoyance, until we're able to brush it off. Identifying what is happening can not only alleviate the annoyance, it can provide us with insight that leads us deeper into what we long for. Bottom Left Drawer is about getting our ducks in a row, so we're good to go. But, Bottom Left Drawer is NOT all about end-of-life planning, it's about living the life we want TODAY. Let annoyance be your friend, allow it to guide you, more fully, into the life you want today.
