On episode 52 of Bouncing Back, I interviewed Dumarys Espaillat who was most recently a Motion Graphic Designer at Fanza. This was also my 26th episode in partnership with The Avail List.
In addition to being a motion graphic designer, Dumarys is also a photographer, videographer, animator, and graphic designer. That means she can help your agency do four different jobs for the price of one.
Dumarys is hardworking, determined, quick to answer emails, good at multitasking, and a fast editor. She speaks Spanish & English, loves traveling, and is admittedly a bad singer even though she loves to try.
During Quarantine she taught herself how to animate so that she can include 3D & Cinema 4D into her skillset. She’s ready to work with great brands and make an impact on your agency immediately. You won’t regret reaching out and seeing what she’s capable of. www.msmoonlightarts.com/

Sonia is very curious, asks a lot of questions, and is extremely passionate about the ad industry. She knows that if she can convert on the more serious clients (Census project in Dallas), that she can for sure get people to convert on the good stuff.

On episode 49 of Bouncing Back, I interviewed Brian Hunn who was most recently a Group Creative Director at The Lift Agency. This was also my 23rd episode in partnership with The Avail List.
Brian is the real deal. He’s an award-winning writer and strategic thinker who puts results above everything. He leads by example and prides himself on diving into the client's business to fully understand the products, target, and business objectives.
Brian believes in the “we” not “me” approach to tackle projects, and while he may be in a managerial role, he’s never afraid to get his hands dirty, and collaborate with the teams he’s hired to get the job done.
One of his recommendations on LinkedIn says “Brian is best in class. When you need a creative leader who is innovative, disruptive, and obsessed with delivering results for clients, you need Brian.”
As you can tell from our 45 minutes episode Brian is an ad nerd who is passionate about the industry and hungry to create great work that makes a lasting impact. You won’t regret reaching out to him and hearing what he has to say.

Jana is a strategic problem-solver, a hustler with a get shit done attitude, reliable, passionate, and someone who strives to make other people's lives easier.
She likes to be challenged, collaborate with smart people, and make “kick-ass” work. She makes it her goal to always have the right answers and tries to get to know her clients business just as well as they do so that she can help force any issues.
She’s been through all the stages of quarantining from hobbying, baking, binging, puzzling, and working out, but more related to this post she recently got her PMP (project management professional) certification.

On episode 47 of Bouncing Back, I interviewed Paul Sincoff who was most recently a freelance Creative Director/Copywriter at Facebook. This was also my 21st episode in partnership with The Avail List.
Paul's funny and lighthearted personality alone is a reason to hire him. But if that isn’t enough Paul is an award-winning writer who has mastered the craft of making great work.
He wants to like the people he works with, move away from the BS that waters down creative ideas, and make people laugh again. He strongly believes that our industry needs more farts and monkeys than lofty manifestos - although he'd probably write those too if you ask nicely.
In addition to being a creative, Paul is also a songwriter, a dad, and a pro at bringing big ideas to small screens. You'd regret not reaching out to Paul and putting him to work to help your brand. www.paulsincoff.com

On episode 46 of Bouncing Back, I interviewed Palak Kapadia who was most recently a copywriting intern at Droga 5 and a recent graduate from Miami Ad school. This was also my 20th episode in partnership with The Avail List.
Palak wasn’t always set on becoming a copywriter but after winning a writing contest that she was forced to enter by loved ones she realized she may be on to something.
After completing one year at Miami Ad School in Mumbai, Palak came to NYC to continue her studies. She brings a fresh global perspective to all her projects, champions diversity, isn’t afraid to speak up, writes poetry, likes exploring new cities, going to concerts, and watching movies.
One thing that separates her from EVERY SINGLE person in NY is that she loves talking to strangers on the subway. Don't ask me why, but shoot her a note to find out.
One of her dream agencies is Terri & Sandy so, Sandy Greenberg you won't regret reaching out to this amazing candidate. Check out her website too. www.palakkapadia.com

On episode 45 of Bouncing Back, I interviewed Amanda Wong who was most recently the director of integrated marketing partnerships at WarnerMedia. This was also my 19th episode in partnership with The Avail List.
“Mandy” as she likes to be called is a total badass. Not only does she compete in triathlons and multiple Ironman races, but she continuously produces for her clients.
She likes having fun, driving results, and working with a great team. She likes to say that she specializes in being the "conductor" of an orchestra. With so many instruments being played at the same time, Mandy is able to bring them all together harmoniously. She’s a client whisperer, and someone you can rely on to not only be strategic when it comes to solving problems but be the leader who makes sure everything is done on time.
As a dedicated endurance athlete Mandy is determined, persistent, and slightly stubborn when it comes to reaching goals.
You’d definitely regret not reaching. Check out her website here https://www.ironmandy.com/

He prides himself on thinking differently, being a fast editor, having the ability to handle tight turnarounds, and getting along with people. For his next opportunity he’s looking forward to telling interesting stories, getting the opportunity to flex his creative muscles & work with good people.

On episode 43 of Bouncing Back, I interviewed Jae Shin who was most recently a Copywriting intern at McKinney-NY.
Jae’s path into advertising is a fun one. He started off making people laugh as a circus clown, then after realizing clowns didn’t make too much money he became a trapeze artist where he could use his skills to captivate his audience. From there he “walked into an advertising school on a whim” and immediately fell in love with the industry.
Since graduating back in March, Jae has interned at both JOAN & McKinney where he got to flex his comedic writing and out of the box thinking. He’s loves getting crafty and experimental when tackling briefs, and prides himself on being resourceful, not being afraid to push ideas based on his crazy imagination and his ability to wear multiple hats.
Check out his ‘Pep Talk Holtine’ idea on his portfolio to get a good idea of how his brain works. www.itsjaenotjay.com/
And if you’re PJ Pereira, Jae is ready to use his martial art skills to challenge you for a job.
