On episode 32 of Bouncing Back, I interviewed Nick Sheingold who was most recently the VP of Strategy at Laundry Service.
I can confidently say Nick is one of the most fascinating people in the industry. He’s hard-working, passionate, and understands the importance of becoming a specialist by studying every aspect of how social works.
He helped open Laundry Service’s 3rd office in Portland in 2014 to be near his Nike & Jordan clients, then a short four years later was promoted to lead strategy for the entire agency. It's easy to see based off his career trajectory that Nick is willing to take risks and put in the work to excel.
He tackles every brief like it’s something totally new, always pushes himself to be better, and is a diehard fan of the WWE.
This episode is longer than usual, but you’ll quickly see that’s because Nick and I where geeking out about the ad industry, creative, insights, storytelling and more.
Take a listen when you can and I promise you won’t regret reaching out to him at [email protected] and following him on twitter @Nick2Slick
