From battling depression and anxiety for years, and giving birth during the start of  COVID-19, level 5 lockdown, Monika now teaches other moms how to cope with anxiety. Monika is a life coach, a leader and mentor in the corporate world for over 15 years, and has overcome anxiety and insecurity as a new mom. She blends her skills to help anxious first-time moms relax and enjoy motherhood without living in constant fear of doing something wrong.
