Couch Time with Amy Wine

Boundaries with Control

Listen Later

Freedom and love are the foundation of a good marriage, so why do some people seek to control their spouses? What does control look like? And if you're the controlling spouse, is it too late to break this damaging habit?

These are some of the questions that we’re answering in this episode. We’re taking a look at some of the different ways we try to control each other in marriage (sometimes without even realizing we’re doing it!)

If you recognize yourself in any of the dynamics I’m describing in this episode, I want you to think about what you can do to change. I’m offering some solutions at the end, so make sure you stay tuned to hear some ideas on what you can do to break controlling habits.

If you want to learn to limit your desire for control and place a higher value on love, this is for you.
