The Hokies put out another second half dud and the Clemson Tigers rolled out of Lane Stadium with a 24-14 win. The Hokies folded late in the JMA Dome against Syracuse to fall to a disappointing 5-4 and now wait to host a Clemson team coming off their own disappointment at home against Louisville.
