David here,
Today Kevin and I talk about the three stages of growth, and how to practically apply them so that we are navigate life awake, consciously, and guided by love.
Do you ever feel like sometimes you find ways to shoot yourself in the foot? Even when we have the best of intentions; whether it comes to sticking to this year’s nutrition challenge or your next big life goal, whatever it may be.
That’s called Self-Sabotage.
You see, we are a collection of parts. Little parts that make up the fabric of who we are. Let’s call these parts, “Little I’s” or “Little you’s.” We develop parts about ourselves as we navigate life and experience all of life’s offerings and lessons. YOU ARE A COLLECTION OF PARTS SPANNING THE DURATION OF YOUR LIFE. These parts are there to protect you, subconsciously or consciously, whether we know it or not. These parts, or “Little I’s” pop up as thoughts in our minds.
You know, those same thoughts and feelings that pop up when someone verbally curses at you, and all of a sudden you’re thinking to yourself:
”HOW DARE THIS PERSON….!!!” as your fist balls up.
Whatever it may be, these thoughts pop into your mind because a part of you is trying to protect you from feeling belittled. That part of you is defending your honor or your self worth. It’s protecting you from feeling something negative, a feeling of shame, or some sort of hurt. But let me remind you, these thoughts are not really you. You see, you have the freedom to disassociate and not identify with those thoughts. This is where the miracle happens. And in doing so, it is that exact moment you start to transform, awaken, and reach a higher state of consciousness.
Til the next time,

In this episode, we dive deeper into the topic of addiction. More than just talking about the surface level, pointing fingers and identifying things that are addictive. We try to really address the human tendency by shedding light on the endgame of sorts. Think about it…
What are things that we are addicted to? Easy…drugs, alcohol, sex, porn, work, food…
What are some human tendencies, things that attract/motivate us? Bingo….Money, love, relationships, health, peace of mind.
What do we spend our money and time on? Yup…fancy clothes, brand name things, entertainment, experiences, travels, parties, toys, cool cars, etc.
How about the big question in life? You ever think about our purpose on this earth? What are people intrinsically motivated by? How about things like: reaching your potential, making a name for yourselves, feeling peace and security, enjoying life, giving and receiving love, etc…
Do you see the connection yet? Perhaps this might resonate with you, perhaps you’ve yet to realize it yourself. But let’s start with the basic tenets as to why all of these above points are related:
Pure presence, Oneness with the moment
No carryover/liberation from past and future
Feelings of joy/ecstasy/love
Mental freedom/escape from Self (current life, identity, labels)
Empowered state of being
Get it yet? Addicted to porn?….Gives you sensations of joy, ecstasy, and love? Check. Mental freedom and escape from self? Check. Present with the moment? Check.
That vacation trip or that BTS concert that you HAVE to go to? ….Gives you sensations of joy, ecstasy, and love? Check. Mental freedom and escape from self? Check. Present with the moment? Check.
Addicted to money? What do you get out of it? Financial freedom, safety, peace, enjoyment in life. Doesn’t that look familiar to that list up there?
Guess what, that list is just a description of your true nature. Addictions are just a poor attempt to attain and experience our true Self. It’s always been within us. Perhaps if we knew that, we could control our addictions better or at least understand them better.
Til the next time.

We all experience and face it. Learn how it affects you, and how to best deal with it. Let BOUNDLESS bring some insights and how our classes cultivate awareness to dealing with stress.
Hey Boundless Fam,
David here! In our third episode, we wanted to revisit the first episode by answering some questions our community had. I went off the rails a bit explaining why I personally left work, but I hope you bare with me as I felt that it was needed to give people different perspectives and beliefs around how we let work dictate our lives. Here are the questions that we received:
Does one need to quit their job to work on their spirituality towards enlightenment?
I see many forms of meditation being practiced on all sorts of mediums, ranging from different apps to those by various celebrities. Are they doing the same thing as us? What are the different forms of practice?
Can a Christian (any faith/religion/belief is applicable here) become or experience enlightenment?
Do you believe in God?
In our second episode, we tackle the all important conversation around nutrition, deviating misconceptions and giving practical and holistic approaches that promote long term health and discipline.
