Bourbon and BS Podcast

Steve continues the conversation with AJ and Caleb about consistency when it comes to fitness, taking care of yourself, and other areas of life. This was a fantastic conversation with these two, as Caleb is a Strength and Training coach by trade. We had a lot of takeaways from this conversation and learned a lot about perspective on this topic and enjoyed the participation from the audience in the garage and on our Facebook Live audience. Sit down, pour a drink, light up, and join us in the garage.
