Whisk together 12 Egg Yolks & 1 Cup of Sugar until ribbony. Then mix in 1 pint each of Heavy Cream, Half & Half, and Milk. Follow up by adding 1 Cup each of Cognac, Rum, and Bourbon. Finish off the batch with 1 tsp Vanilla Extract and 1 tsp grated nutmeg. Move to an airtight container and refrigerate. For best results, let age in the fridge for a minimum of 2 weeks before serving and up to 1 year.
