Bourbon expert Tom Fischer's live tasting and review of new Brad Paisley Bourbon Whiskey called American Highway Reserve. While this one is for Brad Paisley and county music fans, this well-aged Bourbon was stored in a 53-foot semi-trailer that followed his 2019 nationwide tour for 7,314 miles across 25 states, from coast to coast during Brad Paisley's music tour. 

Paisley partnered with Bardstown Bourbon Company to select two 4-year-olds, 13 and 15-year Bourbon for this blend, so Dani Callaway of Bardstown Bourbon Company joins Fischer for the tasting. 

With only a handful of whiskeys being made in the U.S.A. under the “Sweet Mash” category, Hard Truth Distilling Co. Master Distiller Bryan Smith joins Bourbon expert Tom Fischer to talk and taste about the Hard Truth Sweet Mash Rye. Smith and Fischer discuss the difference between the distillery doing a sour mash and sweet mash whiskey. 

This release is the first whiskey distilled, aged, and bottled on Hard Truth’s 325-acre campus in Brown County, Indiana at around 115 proof.
