In this week's episode I'm going over some safety tips with regards to saddle hunting. Climbing safety, safety while hanging ,redundancy, self recovery techniques, etc. I also discuss my evolution of the "perfect" climbing system that works for me after trying multiple iterations over the course of several years. Enjoy the episode!

On this week's episode I'm joined by Tim Nebel. We all know Tim as one half of The Push. He's a bow hunter, a content creator and videographer. We go all over the board on this one. Learning about his hunting roots, how he and Matt Zirnsak created The Push, his setups, hunting styles and of course, we dive in to shooting ASL's. I've been wanting to talk to him for a long time now and I'm really glad we finally did. Hope you enjoy the episode!

This week I'm joined by Alabama bow hunter Luke Parker. I stumbled onto Luke's video of him shooting a turkey with a recurve on his YouTube channel "That's Wild Hunting". Add to the fact he's from Alabama and I have a strange fascination with wanting to hunt whitetails in that state in the future, it was a no-brainer to reach out to him and do a podcast. He's a very dedicated hunter and his content is great to watch, and he's promised more content to come. Can't wait to see it. Hope you guys enjoy the episode. Remember to PLEASE like, share and subscribe, and most importantly, leave a rating! Super important!
Thanks for listening.

This week I'm joined by Josh Neil of Oklahoma. Josh is relatively new to shooting a traditional bow (but not to hunting) and has had early success on Elk and Turkeys. Josh is the sort who seeks to continually improve skills and success and shares a lot of his journey on Instagram. Really cool guy to talk to so I'm glad we got a chance to record. Thanks for listening.

So I get to geek out on food this episode. This week I'm joined by Minnesota local Jarrod Robran. Jarrod lives very close to me and we hunt the same public land, though we've never actually ran into each other in the field. I started following him because he is a huge foodie and prepares incredible dishes with the animals he hunts. As usual, we were all over the board on this one. Hunting, food, CWD, being adventurous in the kitchen, processing equipment and even a little saddle hunting. Really glad we were able to connect. Hope you enjoy the podcast. PLEASE leave a rating. It's HUGE for the success of this podcast. And while you're at it, check out the Bowhunting Soul YouTube channel and give it a share and follow!

So Jeff Kavanagh is a guy I've wanted to talk to since I started following him on his YouTube channel several years ago. People may know Jeff as the "snap shooter" or trick shot, but there is so much more to him than being a phenomenal archer. He is a truly passionate outdoorsman, nature lover, photographer, big game, small game and waterfowl hunter. Our conversation went all over the place (as usual) and we covered an array of topics like hunting, living in a remote cabin, turkey behavior, bows, arrows and his favorite shotguns. I'm really gad I got to talk to Jeff and I can't thank him enough for taking the time to come on. Hope you enjoy this episode!
Thanks for listening! Sharing this is episode AND leaving a rating is SUPER important, so please be sure to do so!
This week I'm joined again by Mark Harrison of Omnivore's Homestead and Quivers. Mark is a hilarious, unfiltered trip. We get into so much in this episode I can't even begin to list everything. The only thing I'm certain of is this episode is most definitely rated explicit, so sensitive and young ears should not listen! Check out all of Omnivore's products at www.omnivoresquivers.com

Dylan is my first guest from Australia. He has the opportunity to hunt nearly 365 days a year and can chase a variety of species. He uses everything from rifles to traditional bows. We have an amazing conversation about what it's like to hunt in Australia, but that's just scratching the surface. We touch on everything from bow setups to hunting and conservation idealogies. Dylan is very passionate about what he does and you can follow him on his youtube channel (The Wilderlife) or on his Instagram of the same name. This is a longer episode, but it's one of my favorites. Very happy we connected. Hope you enjoy the episode as much as I did. Thanks for listening!
