In this episode, I talk with plant based wellness coach Sabreen Nzekio about her plant based journey and how the seven dimensions of wellness can help us embrace a more holistic approach to our well being. The seven dimensions include: spiritual, physical, emotional, career, intellectual, environmental and social. The seven dimensions of wellness is more about the relationship you have with yourself rather than the outside world, when you feel whole, you can contribute more to the outside world. A consistent wellness regime is bound to lead to new discoveries that will lead you to move the needle or at least change your outlook until you are able to move the needle. This episode will encourage you to explore how wellness looks in your life both realistically and holistically.
