In a chilling expansion of America’s already exponentially sprawling surveillance grid. Networks like Flock Safety have been revealed as the tip of a far more invasive spear. A leaked presentation showed the company pitching state officials on integrating live dash cam feeds from hundreds of thousands of Uber, Lyft and delivery vehicles systems that already generate trillions of high resolution images of license plates and vehicle details into its national database. Had the partnership proceeded, fixed roadside cameras would have been joined by a mobile swarm of more than 350,000 roaming sensors, filling every gap in urban and regional coverage in near real time and creating an unbroken, real time map of every vehicle’s movements.

The constitutional implications of this architecture have only grown sharper. A recent 6-3 Supreme Court decision held that police requests for the location of every phone near a given place and time known as geofence warrants constitute a Fourth Amendment search requiring probable cause. While the ruling addressed phone data rather than cameras, its logic directly implicates Flock’s networks. A single camera snapshot may be fleeting, but a dense, searchable web of linked sensors functions as a continuous tracker of public movements. Records already show these databases are queried hundreds of thousands of times by agencies far beyond the local police who install them.

At the same time, cameras have been documented pointed directly at schoolyards and playgrounds, raising acute concerns when one of Flock’s major investors is known to have exchanged more than 2,400 emails with Jeffrey Epstein and another investor is linked to an Israeli cyber firm capable of hacking security cameras and manipulating video footage.

Big Tech oligarchs, now inextricably intertwined with the intelligence community and military through contracts and political donations, are pouring resources into data centers worldwide not merely for commercial AI but to accelerate their transhumanist vision to merge humanity with machines. Freshly declassified documents by the White House Government Transparency Task Force detail the secret counter intelligence FBI Operation Round River. Beginning around December 2019, analysts with the Foreign Influence Task Force Russia pulled together earlier reports from confidential sources about the Biden family’s links to Burisma, Hunter Biden, Mykola Zlochevsky, and the rest of the Ukraine situation. Then they stamped that material as Russian disinformation. A 2025 ODNI summary says the team did it without first checking whether any of those claims were even true. In some cases they even went back and changed the source files to match the new label.

The records show at least 14 confidential human sources gave the FBI derogatory information on Joe Biden. A spreadsheet from the intelligence files split people into two groups. Republicans like Bill Barr, Mike Pompeo, Chuck Grassley, Ron Johnson, Lindsey Graham, Devin Nunes and Jim Jordan got listed as “conduits” of Russian disinformation. Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Barack Obama and George Soros got listed as “targets.” And the Foreign Influence Task Force signed off on those labels.

FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed in a letter to the task force that he shut down the Foreign Influence Task Force after he took over. He said the bureau is now investigating what that task force did, including whether it used the Round River work to zero in only on the Biden-related sources. Patel also noted they found at least 53 relevant sources overall and are getting ready to release the reporting from all of them. An operation that adds more fuel to the fire of an outright illegitimate use of government power that shielded one side from scrutiny ahead of the debacle known as the 2020 election.

Flock Safety’s solar powered license plate readers have blanketed America like a digital dragnet. scanning tens of billions of plates a month, feeding hotlists to cops and private HOAs, and turning every street corner into a permanent checkpoint. But the backlash is real. Dozens of cities have ditched the contracts after privacy scandals, false alerts that put innocent drivers at gunpoint, unauthorized federal data grabs, and that creeping sense that your every commute is being logged for the permanent record.

Despite Joe Biden’s last minute preemptive pardon shielding him from past alleged crimes, Anthony Fauci still faced a high stakes Senate grilling under subpoena from Rand Paul, where any new falsehood under oath about gain of function funding, the Wuhan lab leak, alleged destroyed records, or the contradictions in his own newly released diaries could expose him to fresh perjury charges that the pardon does not cover.
