State Representative Matt Gwynn (R-Roy), who represents a portion of Box Elder County, has announced he will be resigning from the Utah Legislature, according to news reports released on Tuesday, Dec. 30, and that Rob Bishop has thrown his hat in the ring to fill the vacancy.
