Children and families in Box Elder County’s outlying communities could gain access to full library services under a proposal shared during the May 14 county commission meeting. Heather Crockett, community engagement director with United Way of Northern Utah, presented information compiled by the Box Elder Early Childhood Coalition, including findings from a public survey and a proposed funding plan.
