The Bear River Health Department announced last week it was investigating a Hepatitis A outbreak in Cache and Box Elder counties, with three cases identified in the five days leading up to the announcement on Wednesday. As of Monday, no new cases had been reported. The health department is trying to find the source of the illness and taking efforts to limit its spread.
