A small wildfire that sparked Thursday on the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest southwest of Mantua Reservoir was fully contained Sunday evening after burning 5.2 acres, according to the U.S. Forest Service. A windstorm on Saturday capsized an inflatable raft at Willard Bay State Park, killing one occupant and injuring another, Utah Department of Natural Resources (DNR) officials said.
