Sometimes when bad things happen in boxing, karma is seemingly to blame, or fighters simply can't help from getting into trouble. They're tales so common they're stereotypes at this point.

Occasionally, though, fighters just run into rotten luck. Bad circumstances just find them. New York's Davey Moore fell into that unfortunate category.
