True crime episodes are back, and 1990s middleweight Reuben "Ratman" Bell is due for remembrance.

In the 1990s, the middleweight division and those around it were loaded with solid fighters. The Washington D.C. area was flush with talent, but plagued by crime. That's where Ratman comes in.
