The defendant argues the phone slipped by accident, and he denies the allegations that he vandalized the vehicle and punched the plaintiff.

Then, The plaintiff let her twin sister, the defendant, borrow her van when she needed a form of transportation. Unfortunately, the plaintiff claims the defendant totaled the vehicle, so she is suing. The defendant admits she wrecked the car, but she insists the plaintiff is at fault for allowing her to borrow the van.
