BPD TALK is a podcast dedicated to Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and mental health.
Hosted by Salwa and Dania, two Moroccan women living with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality…
We met through therapy and decided to create the kind of space we wished had existed when we were first looking for answers, a space built on honesty, compassion, curiosity, and hope.
Each episode explores the realities of living with BPD through open conversations, lived experiences, professional perspectives, and guest stories. We also discuss emotional regulation, relationships, trauma, healing, neurodivergence, therapy, and the many challenges and strengths that come with being human.
BPD TALK is not a substitute for professional mental health care. It is a place to learn, reflect, feel seen, and help break the stigma surrounding Borderline Personality Disorder and mental health.
Whether you live with BPD, support someone who does, work in mental health, or simply want to better understand the human mind, you're welcome here.
Because understanding changes everything.
