One way to foster a healthy brand-position in the marketplace is to ensure you’re conducting on-boarding and off-boarding interviews with your clients. Often times, these little-yet-significant conversations get left out of the process, however, it’s been proven to offer assurances to your client about your ability to help them, and provide a good working relationship which promotes their success and yours. Don’t chance your brand’s reputation by omitting these helpful processes - ensure you’re on-boarding and off-boarding your clients then, watch the growth of your business and relationships soar.
In the landscape of varying social and socioeconomic issues in our country, the issue of authenticity has continued to surface, especially as it pertains to one’s personal or professional brand. Storytelling is an age-old method to connect, inspire and call people to action. Nowadays, entrepreneurs are starting their businesses at rapid paces yet, without insuring their story, their narrative, their “why” is clear to their customers. How do you make yourself irreplaceable? Positioning is how you turn ideas into competitive advantage. While undifferentiated brands compete on price, differentiated or charismatic brands are the ones which the customer feels there is no replacement for = Positioning. This episode dives into HOW to use tools to communicate your offer and cause customers to both listen, then buy from you, rather than your competitor.
Common Branding Questions
Branding. It’s a word that is vastly misunderstood. Some people think your brand is your logo. Others think it’s your company name. While both your logo and company name are elements of your brand, they aren’t your brand in its entirety. Not even close.
Your brand is actually the perception the marketplace has of your company. That perception is created by several factors including your logo, company name, tagline, staff photos, pricing, website design, position, font styles, packaging, color palette, signage, vocabulary, customer experience, the way you and your team dress/speak and so much more. @focisbranding
