How did I stop myself from failure? I will tell you my secret in this episode.
Thank you for listening to our podcast. Please Subscribe!
Today, I was inspired by a story from Ed Mylett on the Jay Shetty podcast about his father's sobriety. I reflect on the challenges of pursuing goals and the importance of perseverance.
I believe many of you can relate to this journey of self-discovery and growth, as it revolves around the universal challenge of overcoming the fear of failure and finding true purpose and impact in our work.
Like many of you, I've had my fair share of self-doubt and moments where I wondered if my efforts were in vain. The fear of failure can be paralyzing, making it tempting to give up rather than face the possibility of not succeeding. However, I've come to realize that it's in these moments of uncertainty that our true purpose is often forged.
I am grateful for each and every one of you, and I urge you to go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Remember, it's not about the fear of failure; it's about the courage to continue that defines us.

Are you playing small in your life or business—and calling it being responsible?
In this episode of Brave Moves, Julie DeLucca-Collins dives deep into the real reason women hold themselves back: self-suppression driven by fear, past experiences, and emotional patterns.
Playing small isn’t about lack of confidence; it’s about protection. When past experiences create fear of judgment, rejection, or failure, it’s common to stay stuck in overthinking, avoidance, and inaction.
This episode explores how trauma responses, emotional dysregulation, and fear of being seen can keep you from taking action—even when you know exactly what to do.

Is social media making you feel like everyone else has it all together?
In this episode of Brave Moves, Julie DeLucca-Collins explores the truth behind #Blessed and #Grateful posts—and why so many women feel disconnected from their real lives when comparing themselves to curated content online.
While gratitude is a powerful practice, social media has turned it into a performance, often leaving out the messy, complicated, and very human parts of life.
This episode invites you to go beyond the hashtags and reconnect with your authentic experience—without pressure, perfection, or comparison.
In This Episode, You’ll Learn:
Your Brave Move:
