Today Chris Camozzi, our very own professional fighter breaks down UFC 287 Adesanya vs Pereira. Is the 4th time the charm for the former champion Israel Adesanya or does Alex Pereira just have his number? Looking at the co main event which Camozzi bills as the Fight of the Night we have Jorge Masvidal vs Gilbert Burns. Masvidal is on a three fight losing streak and in need of a win badly. Could this be a make or break fight for him? Getting a win will be no easy task as Gilbert Burns is hungry to reach those title contentions. With so many great fights on the card Camozzi didn't have time to cover them all but he gives his picks on some of his other favorites as well.

He closes out with a real conversation starter. With the WWE and UFC now being combined under one company, do we see Vince Mcmahon replace Dana White as the UFC President??? Tune in and enjoy the show!

Former UFC fighter and now coach of Justin Gaethje, Luke “Lil Hulk” Caudillo joins us in studio fresh off the flight from London to talk this past weekends big win. If you missed it, Gaethje defeated Rafael Fiziev in the UFC London Fight of the Night. Luke shares insight to the training camp leading up as well as the pre fight build up and obviously the fun pranks and games he has with Gaethje. What Luke is willing to do on a bet will shock you and you can’t un hear so listen at your own risk hahaha.

When Luke retired from MMA he pursued his other passion in hunting and the outdoors. He now hosts his own podcast, Gladiators Unfiltered and spends his time filming hunts and training Justin and even helping UFC Legend, Kamaru Usman when needed. Luke gets to spend his days coaching a long side world renown Boxing & MMA coach Trevor Whittman. He even shares what separates Coach Whittman from the pack and how he’s managed to train so many elite fighters. 

This is one of our favorite Involuntary Yoga podcast because Luke is never short on stories and he is such a great personality. There is a reason why fighters want him around during big fights and he brings the atmosphere everywhere he goes. He’s a fighter, coach, hunter, mentor and all around great guest.

Camozzi just returned from the Kingpin Boxing launch party in London and has some insight to the influencer boxing tournament coming up April 22nd. Kingpin will be holding 2 separate tournaments, one female and one male. They have signed some big names, the mens tournament will consist of Jarviss, Austin Mcbroom, MyMateNate, Anemone Gib, Whindersson Nunes, King Kenny, Tom Zanetti and with one more spot open, there will be a surprise addition.

The Women’s tournament will consist of Whitney Johns, Elle Brooke, Daniella Hemsley, Jully Poca, Barbie Three Six, Amber Odon, Ms. Danielka and Emily Brooke. This should be fun to watch.

Merab Dvalishvili took on and defeated former champ Petyr Yan and this now puts Merab in the #1 contender spot for the bantamweight division in the UFC. The only problem with that is, Champion Aljamain Sterling and Merab are training parters and very close friends. Will we see them put friendship aside and fight?

Camozzi also had an interesting take on Merab being the alternate for the fight between Aljo Sterling and Henry Cejudo.

Lastly we get into this weekends main event between Kamaru Usman and Leon Edwards 3 and Camozzi shares his prediction for the fight!

Burt Watson is known as the “Babysitter to the Stars” to MMA and Boxing fans. He’s the man that essentially ran the UFC operations, every show, worldwide and now continues to do so with Bellator MMA.

Burt got his start in boxing when fate would have it, he ran into fellow Philly native and Heavyweight World Champion “Smokin” Joe Frazier and they instantly hit it off. Grant Neal is the #6 ranked Bellator Light Heavyweight and he joined us in the Fit Soda Media studio fresh off another victory this past weekend at the iconic Forum Arena in Los Angeles. Grant is a sparring/training partner of host Chris Camozzi and long time friends with all the guys on the show so it’s always great to have him join in person.

He gives us the rundown of fight day and that feeling of walking through the underbelly of the forum where icons and legends have all made the same walk. We get into specific fight details that led to his win, opposing coaches playing mind games during the fight and just over all mentality it takes to compete on a high level.

Grant Neal is a work horse and his drive to compete and get better every day is unmatched but the even more unique thing about him is he’s also in school to be an orthopedic surgeon. He’s a killer in the cage and working towards fixing people up outside of the cage. He’s truly what you would call a well rounded human and we always love having him join us!

If you have any for of social media than you have definitely seen the new Power Slap craze hosted by Dana White from the UFC. Power Slap has gotten a lot of criticism from the internet so we wanted to get someone from the industry on Involuntary Yoga to learn more about it and who better to have on than new internet sensation, Sheena Bathory!

If you don’t know who Sheena is, you have probably seen the viral video of her knocking out Kortney Olsen with her first slap, sending Olsen into a somersault. We found out on this episode, Sheena and Kortney are actually friends and at one time, roommates!

This episode we get to know Sheena, her background as a Judo champion, MMA training and UFC ambitions as well as the perfect form for knocking out anyone with a powerful slap to the face. We must say we learned a little bit more about the tactics of Slap Fighting.

We admit to not being fully onboard with the new craze but sitting down and talking to Sheena to learn all the in’s and out’s of the new promotion was fun and she’s a very entertaining guest. Hope you enjoy!
