Those in ministry may find it difficult to market their service or product. After all it's supposed to be mission related work for the kingdom right? In her book Marketing God: Inspired Strategies for Building the Kingdom Donna A. Heckler lays out a crash-course for faith-based organizations to market themselves. This book is  a must for Catholic parishes, dioceses, religious orders, Catholic organizations, start-ups, apostolates, and more. • The Bear Woznick Adventure 406 - Karlo Broussard - Life Can Be Uncomfortable
Do you realize every one of us is meant to have a personal relationship with Jesus? I get it….life gets a little uncomfortable, it doesn’t seem to fit, we take ourselves too seriously and we end up missing out on the simplicity of what it means to give our lives to Jesus and experience the infusion of his love and his truth.
My Cajun friend, Karlo Broussard joins me this week to discuss how to be in the world…..but not of the world. We need to learn how to properly order our goods in our lives. Let me tell you, pleasure and material goods will not last forever. Remember memento mori. We are going to die. We must ensure we possess the ultimate good. One that never will pass…a relationship with God.

  • The Bear Woznick Adventure 405 - Grady Dyke - Challenging One Another to Greatness
This week I welcome back Long Ride Home cast member Grady Dyke. Grady never realized a simple ride to the Big Bend with a group of Catholic men would turn into something greater. Riding in a pack with men he had never met before taught Grady unity and trust.
We quickly learned that men can grow in their faith by working together and challenging one another to attain greatness. Want to learn how? Join Grady and I while we share our experiences on Long Ride Home as we prepare to release Season 2 in October.

    About the gear:
The American Flag was our gear for the day.
However, through the second segment, we tried and completed the #OneChipChallenge. Here’s what the website says about it:
The #OneChipChallenge is back and the new, hotter-than-hell chip looks as deadly as it tastes. This year’s version contains a blue corn chip dipped in an intense amount of black seasoning made with the infamous Carolina Reaper Pepper, certified by the Guinness World Records as the world’s hottest chili pepper.
    About our topic:
    The virtue of piety.
Here’s what Aquinas says on piety.
A special virtue is one that regards an object under a special aspect. Since, then, the nature of justice consists in rendering another person his due, wherever there is a special aspect of something due to a person, there is a special virtue. Now a thing is indebted in a special way to that which is its connatural principle of being and government. And piety regards this principle, inasmuch as it pays duty and homage to our parents and country, and to those who are related thereto. Therefore piety is a special virtue.

  • Forte Catholic Ep 154-Fr Rob Galea, lost in prayer, imperfections and rock stars
Fr. Anthony was in a mood and boi did he deliver! In one of our funnier recent episodes, Taylor yells at Fr. Anthony for stealing his content which is a perfect segway into a conversation on imperfections.
Our guest this week made Fr. Anthony jealous because he's a more famous priest than him. Fr. Rob Galea is a world-renowned musician, speaker and media creator. He was the priest you may have seen on Australian X-Factor, has performed for the Pope and still finds time to hear confessions. He shares the story of redemption that led him from gangs, addiction and depression to a beautiful life in the priesthood. Check him out at FRGMinistry.com.
We have a special treat this episode in having TWO guests! Everett Fritz(EverettFritz.com) rejoins the show to talk about common struggles we have in knowing what to say in personal prayer and the difficulty Catholics often have with praise. He shows us we actually know more than we think we do.
BONUS-Due to Fr. Anthony's big boi mood, the commercials in this episode are straight fire!!!
