Matt shares the news of a community-wide collective impact program that is striving to get all Winchester 3rd graders up to a Third Grade reading level, and why that particular age group is so important for future success.

Two of the fundraisers involve setting a Guinness World Record for the 'largest ice cream sandwich' and 'largest human ice cream cone'.
