Roger Cook's government is predicted to take more than 40 seats ... with the Liberals and Nationals to hold only 9 between them.

Also, in 2019, Australian climate scientist, Dr Joelle Gergis gave a keynote presentation at the Australian Meteorological and Oceanographic society's annual meeting warning that tropical cyclones would move as far down as Northern NSW.
It's a prediction that wasn't too far off at the weekend when Cyclone Alfred made landfall as a category one system over the Moreton bay islands, north of Brisbane.
And Sydney Morning Herald's Chief Photographer Nick Moir was on the scene when two ADF vehicles rolled outside Lismore on Saturday, leaving a number of soldiers injured.
As well as being an award-winning photographer, Nick is also an RFS volunteer, so after taking a few shots, he put down his camera, and got to work.
