This week Renee picks Kate’s brain on all things interiors! Kate shares some basic tips and tricks to finding your style, what to save and splurge on, and easy ways to update your space on a budget. Although this is NOT Renee’s favourite topic she was actually converted by the end of the episode- Woo Hoo!!!

Today Renee and Kate have a good old chin wag about old myths they were brought up hearing from their parents and grandparents. Don’t leave new shoes on the table, don’t take bananas on a boat, these are all things we now repeat to our kids- but WHY?!

On this episode we FINALLY get to chat with Natalie Newland, the weapon behind the NZ fashion brand Newlands. Natalie is such a fabulous woman, as soon as she started talking we were hypnotised by her passion and dedication for making women look and feel amazing in what they wear on their amazing bodies. This is such an inspiring chat- Natalie has the most natural and effortless manner about her, but is such a high achiever in her field that we were left in awe of her and all her amazing achievements.

In this bonus episode we chat to Brodie from Flow Rehabilitation about an amazing machine she has recently purchased that is a literal game changer for your body. We love amping women in business, especially local ladies, so have a listen!
