This meditation includes fire and water sounds along with imagery of younger versions of ourselves. The intention behind this meditation is to release the energy of old wounds from childhood to a fire and bring fire into our bodies to burn up the rest of the heaviness and also empower us. 

This meditation begins with us walking through a reflective surface only to find ourselves looking at moments in our lives that we need reminding of. This could be a moments of love or gratitude. A moment treasured with loved ones. In the end we leave this reflective space to sit at the base of the Great Tree. Feeling the grounding and connected force of the tree and taking back with us words of wisdom. 

This is a traditional Shamanic Journey (with drumming) to the Lower World. Beginning in our Power Place and journeying down I guide you to the point that you enter your sacred space. I leave guidance at the end and some instruction at the start of this journey. Blessings. 

In this meditation we walk with a friend. Allow yourself to be open to whom ever joins you. They have something important to show you and the two of you have something to share together. 

This meditation is a reflection of choices and the people that walk with us on our journey/path. It is meant to help you see that your choices brought you to this moment and all the hardship you've walked through has brought you power and strength. It is with this experience, you are able to be strong for others. 

This meditation is a journey to our soul book. In this meditation we are setting an intention to get awareness around why we repeat themes, situations, relationships, and behaviors. What are we meant to learn? Why do we have certain feeling or reactions to situations or people? A great way to view the patterns we repeat, is to look at how we created them and get a better understanding of how we are balancing the lesson in this life. Have questions, feel free to reach out. This meditation was a special request from a listener who wanted to get guidance moving through the difficult year and separation from family, friends, and all the things there were used to freely doing prior to the pandemic. This meditation begins with controlled breathing at the base of a great tree. The purpose of this meditation is to assist with managing grief after loss. In this meditation we meet our loved ones. It is a place we can visit anytime and connect. 

This meditation begins on a beach, sitting on the sand with the waves gently crashing. It's a reflective meditation focused on the breathe and getting you to a nice relaxed state before brining you to your guest and reflection. There is guidance for this meditation at the end. 

This meditation is really meant to bring balance and help to visualize what you need to release from your body and identify where you may be holding it. Included in this meditation is a release through breath and visualization of fire. At the end of the meditation, we evaluate our needs and wants and close.
