On the morning of 22 April 24, reports emerged regarding a multi-vehicle crash taking place at the junction of Tampines Ave 1 and Ave 4, resulting in the death of 2 victims, and several more in critical care. 

While we usually cover completed or older cases, we couldn't ignore the fatal accident at Tampines given the tragedy of the case, as well as the uproar that we've been seeing online.
