- She went from low self-esteem, extremely sad and anxious while pursuing a man who wasn’t choosing her, to raising her self-worth, communicating her needs, setting boundaries, and letting him go with more ease than she anticipated.

- She healed an intense anxious attachment by getting her childhood (unmet) needs met.

- She is experiencing more peace, ease, and confidence

- She went from having to move back home with her parents to buying and building her own dream house.

- She discovered her true purpose and career path.

- She says “no” when she wants to, no longer people pleasing

- She is finally being her most authentic self, no longer wearing a “happy mask” just to try to make others feel good
