Over the past few years, my work has been heavily focused on strategy-heavy marketing, visibility, sales and building a business without relying on social media.
And the thing I've learned over the last few years with the entrepreneurs I've worked with: it's never JUST strategy that gets them where they want to be.
You can't out-strategy your way through over-working, phone addiction and lack of clarity with self-trust and decisions in business.
That all starts in the body first, and right now, in the digital age, the rise of AI and information overwhelm - I can't ignore the fact that people need somatic work AND strategy.
In this episode, I’m sharing why I’m expanding my mission beyond strategy and moving much more deeply into somatics, nervous system regulation and the way we actually experience running a business.
I’m talking about:

Right now, the online business world feels like "more followers, more content, more visibility. More, more, MORE."
What if the problem isn’t that you need more eyes on your business... but that you need deeper trust with the RIGHT people?
In this episode, I’m breaking down why the obsession with volume and virality can leave you exhausted, underpaid and overly attached to your phone, and why I think we need to start thinking about visibility very differently.
We’re talking about depth, trust, high-ticket offers, strategic visibility and building a marketing system that compounds, rather than disappearing into the ether 24 hours later.

A few days ago, I caught myself slipping right back into an old pattern that I hadn't seen in a long: chaotic overworking.
I was out of routine, my hormones were running me ragged, I was still recovering from the super-flu, and instead of slowing down and giving myself the space I needed to get grounded again, I did what I’ve historically done when I feel uncertain or insecure…
I worked more... this time without even realising I was doing it.
I spent an entire day doing a stupid amount of work, constantly feeling like I wasn’t doing enough - and, of course, it still didn’t feel like enough by the end of it.
So in this episode, I’m sharing what happened, why I think we can default to overworking when we’re feeling uncertain, insecure or unsafe, how to recognise when you’re starting to slip into that pattern, and what you can actually do to ease yourself out of panic mode and regulate again.

As I come up on one full year of being completely social media-free in business, I’m sharing my biggest lessons, wins and realisations from building a business without Instagram or the constant pressure to post, create content and stay visible online.
And honestly.... I did not expect things to turn out quite like this.
In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what happened when I left social media after years of using it as a core part of my business, what happened to my community and students, how my marketing changed, and why stepping away from social media has actually helped me create more clarity, more revenue, more freedom and a much calmer way of running my business.
We’re talking about:
In this episode, we’re unpacking the preeeetty intense emotional experience of wanting everything in your business to happen yesterday - whether it's consistent clients, a full waitlist, smooth systems, scaling - or, eventually, that ever-elusive feeling of “finally I’ve made it.”
We explore the belief that so many entrepreneurs hold that business is something you “work hard at now” so you can eventually arrive at ease, consistency, and freedom.
But what happens when that arrival point never really comes?
This is something I had to learn the hard way, the more successful I became in business - but when I did, it literally set me free.
We talk about:
So, if you’ve been feeling behind, flustered, or like you need to overhaul everything in your business right now - this will help you step back into clarity.

You don't need to be more niche, more polished or more “professional” to stand out online.
The magic happens when you stop filtering yourself out of your own marketing.
In this episode, I'm talking about why we get so caught up in trying to say the “right” things, sound like an expert and follow what everyone else in our industry is doing - and how that can actually make our marketing less memorable.
Yes, you need a strategy, you need a niche, you need structure. But the way you deliver it needs to sound like you.
We're talking personality-led marketing, visibility, the curse of the expert, self-trust, being willing to be disliked, and why your weirdness, opinions, story and way of doing things might be the very thing that makes someone choose you over everyone else in your niche.

She breaks down why the online coaching industry has become obsessed with increasingly complex offer suites, sales funnels and constant content creation - and why more complexity doesn’t necessarily mean more revenue. In this episode, we cover:

You know you want to get more visible, but every time you try, something in you screams "HELL NAHHHH"
In this episode, we’re getting into the nervous-system side of visibility:
- why being seen can feel so uncomfortable
- what’s actually going on underneath the resistance
- how to work with yourself instead of forcing yourself into another visibility strategy that leaves you burnt out.
Building a profitable coaching business without social media still requires you to be seen - just in a way that feels impactful and sustainable for you.
