Paul Jukes brings a message about ‘renewing our mind’ looking at the biblical 'hero' Gideon. God gives Gideon three promises which are also available to us: The Lord is with you, the Lord is your strength and the Lord is your peace.

God dwells in each and everyone of us but when the challenge is tough, we must remember that God is always with us and will never leave us or forsake us. Peace and strength are found through having a relationship with God. Our internal battle cannot be won unless we are disciplined and single-minded in destroying our idols that can lead us away from God's love. Challenges sometimes cause us to feel that God has left us, but this is not true. Renewal and transformation are a journey that we often must take to overcome such lies as feeling inadequate or low self-worth. We never have to be defined by our past or believe the lies of the enemy, because God loves us and provides us with the victory.

Tim Davies brings us his message on Healthy Cycles in our new series on Renewing your Mind.

Tim explains the science behind the mind and how we are able to help shape our thoughts through positive feedback mechanisms and changing the way we think (Romans 12:2). Have a listen to hear the 5 different types of cycles we want to help us renew our minds.

During an All-in Service, Ben shared a message on worship and praise. In verses like Psalm 100:4, we discover that there are multiple Hebrew words for our English word, 'praise' such as yadah, today and barakh. There are many different languages, including sign language which features heavily in this message, that God has given to us to express our worship and praise towards Him. Singing and music are a beautiful way that we can express our love towards Go, as well as raising our hands, falling to our knees, as well as exuberant, unrestrained praise reflected in the word Hallelujah.

Luke Jenkinson visits us from Grace Church Sheffield, and brings his message ‘Sour Power’. In this message, he shares how small things can have a big impact. He focuses on 1 Chronicles 4:10 and shows us how the impact of that one small prayer can make all the difference! Have a listen today!

Becky Pitts shares a message on ‘breaking unhealthy cycles’ as part of the 'Learn Love' series (Romans 7: 15-24). Unhealthy cycles prevent us from moving forward and keep us tethered. There is no resource from the world that can bring transformation to your life like Jesus can. Paul felt frustrated about being trapped in an unhealthy cycle. We must keep moving forward even when we feel like we are trapped. Most importantly, we are never condemned by God, but sometimes we condemn ourselves and it can be the easy option to listen to our shameful thoughts rather than trust that God has it covered. The key to breakthrough is accepting help from Jesus and trusting that He overcame the power of death, flesh and our personal unhealthy cycles at the Cross and set us free. We have a choice to follow flesh or spirit.

Ian and Val Byrd visited us, from Canada to leave us extremely blessed.

Val spoke about not staying stuck and not allowing our circumstances to dictate to us.

Ian spoke on. Isaiah 40:27- 31, regarding soaring as children of God. He shared with us the things that stop us from flying like eagles, and similarly to eagles being tethered, we can also be tethered to things of the world and of our past.

Rob Pitts preached in the first of the 'Learn Love' series: The Great Commission. Using Acts 1:1-8 to start and finish the message, Rob shared the resurrection timeline of Jesus; showing us what it really means to be a witness and the power that we are given when we accept Jesus.

Paul Jukes speaks for Easter Sunday on the God of new beginnings. He looks at Mark 16 when the people first realised that Jesus was resurrected.
