It is with a heavy, broken heart that we share the last recording with Whitney. She was selfishly taken by a drunk driver in the early morning hours of February 8, 2024. She was 39 years old.

It has been a terrible year of loss and struggle where we find ourselves, ironically, learning to breathe underwater.

It's ok to drown. For many of us life "just is." It's not right, and it's not wrong. It just is. And it's ok to respect the "is."
