This week, I am joined by Heather Nations, an Occupational Therapist, Doula, Wife, Mom, Author, Fitness Instructor, Physician Assistant, and Cancer Survivor. We talked about her journey with cancer and how that impacts the way she now interacts with her own patients. We also spent some time chatting about empathy in medicine and thriving through survivorship. Heather will soon be embarking on her new journey as a Physician Assistant with the UF Health Department of OB/GYN.
