I open up and talk about my feelings. Like the deep down relationship feelings. Also, I laugh about my sister, and talk about my most recent gig.

I talk about my own vulnerabilities, and struggles in the last few weeks. It's very hard for me to understand the best combination of kindness to being hard on myself, and now as a new self-employed person, I explore that side of it all. Hope you enjoy, let me know what you think!
