This week was fun... perhaps too much fun. As I reflect on a week of cold showers, social media goodness, strengthening some relationships, and overall cool shit, I realize I need to do more short term success work... So there's that. Also in the news, great writer advice, and could I beat MrBrent98? I take a look at him, and think yes. lol.

Christopher Brown and I performed together in Accidental Death of an Anarchist. Throughout the journey of the play, we had some phenomenal talks about acting, drumming, and life. I knew immediately he was the type of guy I'd love to have on the podcast, and in this episode, we go into the craft of acting, break down many of the most popular acting techniques, and Chris shares some of his own secrets. He's a great dude, and if you wanna be an actor, or go deeper in your craft, this is a MUST listen episode.

Just feeling grateful for life, and things. Can't describe how amped I am, but now it's time for some sleep. Enjoy the sode.

I get clear on my goals, and talk about all the things that have brought me here. But that all pales in comparison to the monstrosity of finding out that KFC has created a Cheetos Sandwich. That's right. Actual Cheetos. I wish I could say it doesn't look good, but I'd be lying. If I wasn't on Keto, and it was available in Vegas, I'd be eating one right now. Anyways, I give my hot take on the news, and even improvise a commercial for the new Cheetos Sandwich!
