  • Sedona Beer Company: A Beer Oasis for Locals and Travelers Alike
Named after their beautiful red rock town, Sedona Beer Co. is providing a variety of delicious beers to both locals and travelers passing through. Located right off the main strip of Sedona, one can escape some the touristy-chaos and enjoy a beer with incredible views. In this episode I sat down with founder and beer advocate, Kali Gajewski, who tells us their story; which started back in 2016 as an idea to take their home-brewing to the next level. Since then, they have renovated an entire building, used juniper branches in their beer, and have had their share of stressful moments. Here these stories and more in this episode of Brewery Talks!

  • WildEdge Brewing Collective: More Than Just a Brewery
In this episode I sat down with the head brewer and founder of WildEdge Brewing Collective, Tucker Robinson. Tucker is the type of brewer that every craft beer geek hopes is brewing their beer: passionate, innovative, and truly a beer lover. While talking with Tucker during this podcast you can hear Tuckers commitment to making good beer. His journey began as an home-brewing Archaeologist and is now running a very successful brewery in the Four Corners area of the US. Alongside beers ranging from sours to pale ales, the taproom welcomes anyone looking for a quick bite and a beer, those who are looking for a night out, or those who want to get some work done on their laptop. As we talk you’ll also begin to understand their community focus that demonstrates how this Brewing Collective is more than just a brewery.
Hear Tucker’s story and the story behind the beer in this episode of Brewery Talks. Cheers!

  • San Luis Valley Brewing Company: A Beer Pillar in a High Mountain Desert Town
In a town that farms ingredients for macrobreweries like Coors Light, there is a beer lovers paradise. The first brewery to establish itself in the area, San Luis Valley Brewing Company, laid the groundwork for the future of delicious suds in the town of Alamosa, Colorado. In this episode I chatted with owner and founder of the brewpub about what it was like opening a brewery back in 2006, brewing at 7500 ft, and how this unique area of Colorado has more to offer than just good beer! Check it out!

  • Demented Brewing Company: Seasonally Inspired "Insanely Flavorful Ales"
Being a very successful brewery for 3+ years does not come easy, that is why I sat down with President Tom Zuber of Demented Brewery Company to hear the inside scoop of how they established themselves as a prominent NJ brewery. Tom gives insight on what it means to be President of a brewery and how he transitioned from being a software engineering to leading a brewery. In this episode we also discuss the story behind the name, the details of their hand-painted taproom mural, and of course their beer (including one of the best NEIPAs I’ve had in NJ). Check it out!
