Cy: Mae'n haf prysur yng Nghaerdydd.
En: It's a busy summer in Caerdydd.

Cy: Yn y stryd fawr, y mae arogl coffi ffres yn llenwi'r aer.
En: On the main street, the smell of fresh coffee fills the air.

Cy: Yn nwylo barista Eira, mae cwpanau yn hedfan o dan y peiriant espresso fel tonnau'r môr.
En: In the hands of barista Eira, cups fly under the espresso machine like the waves of the sea.

Cy: Mae Eira, gyda'i gwên gynnes yn disgleirio fel yr haul tu fas, bob amser yn gweld popeth.
En: Eira, with her warm smile shining like the sun outside, always sees everything.

Cy: Yn y pen draw, ar y bwrdd pren tê, eistedd Rhys a Carys.
En: Eventually, at the wooden tea table, Rhys and Carys sit.

En: Her face wrinkles, and the cup falls back onto the coaster.

Cy: Mae Rhys yn teimlo poen yn ei frest.
En: Rhys feels a pain in his chest.

Cy: "Rhywbeth dim yn iawn," meddai, gan wenu'n anweddus.
En: "Something isn't right," he says, smiling awkwardly.

Cy: "Rhys achos da deall!
En: "Rhys, you must understand!

Cy: Does neb yn ifanc am byth," mae Carys yn cydio yn ei law.
En: No one stays young forever," Carys says, taking his hand.

Cy: "Gad i ni fynd a siarad.
En: "Let's go and talk."

Cy: " Fel pe bai hi'n darllen ei feddwl, mae Eira'n dod â dŵr oer drosodd gyda'i llaw dyner.
En: As if reading his mind, Eira brings over cold water with her gentle hand.

Cy: "Ydw i'n edrych fel bo'r cwpan coffi cyntaf efo'r datrys?
En: "Do I look like the first coffee cup with the solution?"

Cy: " clywir yn y cefndir, tra mae'r peiriant coffi'n chwistrellu'r llaeth.
En: is heard in the background, while the coffee machine hisses the milk.

Cy: "Eisteddwch, Rhys," meddai Carys.
En: "Sit down, Rhys," says Carys.

Cy: "Does dim angen arllwys ymhell yn y broblem.
En: "There's no need to delve deep into the problem."

Cy: " Mae ei wyneb yn bersain gyda phryder sydd yn gwefreiddio Rhys i fachu pabell.
En: Her face radiates with a concern that electrifies Rhys to set up a tent.

Cy: O'i swyddfa y barista, mae'n bosib clywed Eira'n ffonio am gymorth.
En: From her workstation, the barista can be heard calling for help.

Cy: Am eiliad, mae Rhys yn ceisio dawelu'r storm yn ei frest.
En: For a moment, Rhys tries to calm the storm in his chest.

Cy: "Beth os ydy e ddim ond poen bychan?
En: "What if it's just a little pain?"

Cy: " meddai wrth ei hun, ond mae dechrau teimlo dryslyd.
En: he thinks to himself, but he starts to feel confused.

Cy: Mae amser yn ero arian tra mae Carys yn gorffen yn dyner: "Mae iechyd yn bwysicach nag unrhyw beth arall, Rhys.
En: Time passes unnoticed as Carys gently concludes: "Health is more important than anything else, Rhys."

Cy: "Gyda’i bysedd yn crynhoi gwres llethol y diwrnod, mae'n cydnabod bod angen gofal.
En: With his fingers gathering the intense heat of the day, he acknowledges the need for care.

Cy: "Ie," mae Rhys yn cytuno, ei lais yn wan o dyndra.
En: "Yes," Rhys agrees, his voice weak with tension.

Cy: Mae Carys a Eira yn gweithredu'n gyflym, yr un mor gadarn â rhwg y tir.
En: Carys and Eira act swiftly, as steadfast as the land's embrace.

Cy: Ymhen hir a hwyr, maen nhw'n ymlwybro tuag at y gwely bucsi.
En: Eventually, they make their way towards the ambulance bed.

Cy: Wrth edrych dros ei ysgwydd, gorwedd y ddinas o'i ffenestri eang.
En: Looking over his shoulder, the city lies from its wide windows.

Cy: Cyn iddyn nhw wybod, mae'r gwers cyn wynebu la pilot.
En: Before they know it, the lesson before facing the pilot is learned.

Cy: Wrth edrych allan o'r ffenestr cerbyd y ysbyty, mae Rhys yn deall bod iechyd yn sicrhedd ei ffrindiau.
En: Looking out of the hospital vehicle's window, Rhys understands that health is assured by his friends.

Cy: 'Does dim poeni mwyach, rhan gyntaf y daith i ddeall bod cymorth nid yw marcia o wendid.
En: There's no more worry, the first part of the journey is realizing that seeking help is not a sign of weakness.

Cy: Pan fo cymorth yn agos, y gwelwch dy ledled, mae Rhys yn canfod heddwch newydd.
En: When help is nearby, you find yourself glancing around, and Rhys discovers a new sense of peace.
