The Brew Crew is back baby, drinking beer, talking about spooky stuff, and rating things on a scale of seven. This week we talk about our favorite halloween costumes and our go to "Scary Movies" with a friend and guest host, Michelle. They also take a call from Host Jacob while he is on vacation. 

The Brew Crew tell zany stories from the news and contemplate useful and useless things to bring to a remote island while drinking the ever elusive  stouts. They are pleasantly surprised with the Milk Stout from Left Hand Brewing and Maddie reignites her love for stouts and coffee beers. 

The brew crew crown a new champion in the hall of hops, the Trial by Wombat from Thin Man Brewery. They apparently had a lot to say about this beer and the cans, only venturing off topic to discuss Derek Jeter. 

The Brew Crew have another beer from a favorite brewery of theirs, The Crisp, a Pilz from Six Point Brewery! They discuss the ins and outs of the potential of a curling career among other various Olympic prospects. 

The Brew Crew have a power hour, with the Flower Power, from Ithaca Brewing Company. They talk about Samual L Jackson in the Harry Potter Universe and make up poorly described movie plots (*Spoiler alert for the Silence of the Lambs*) 

Brewklyn Host, Maddie, takes the show on the road to her home state of Michigan to talk a little beer, speak a little French,  and hang out with the two guest hosts Hannah and Alex.  They drink the Keweenaw Brewing Company's Widow Maker Black Ale. 

The Brew Crew talk about what they did during the break during the season while drinking a surprisingly sour sour, and the complexities of poison ivy and cardiac arrest. 

Jacob takes the show on the road to the good state of Utah for his family vacation and gives a quick rating on the Uinta Brewing Company's Lime Pilsner. 

The brew crew have a discussion on the Black Lives Matter protests and the importance and neccesity of having these kinds of conversations.
