Most actors think BIG TIME ROLES will make their career easy breezy.

Hold up Covergirl! Yes, credits can help…

But I'mma bet even Academy Award-winners Viola Davis & Olivia Colman worry if their reps do a good job putting them up for roles they're truly right for.

At one point in their careers Viola & Olivia probably had a hard time saying goodbye to reps that weren't reeeeeaaaaaally working out.

Happy Thanksgiving! Today, as you enjoy your tofurkey, quinoa stuffing, and organic cranberry sauce, I want you to know how thankful I am for you.
