About Brian Meder:

Brian Meder hails from Wuerzburg in Bavaria, Germany, where he once worked as an engineer and led his local soccer team as captain. However, his life took a different turn when he discovered his true passion for health, nutrition, and the empowerment of others to lead their healthiest and most fulfilling lives. Eight years ago, he made the life-changing decision to relocate to Ireland to be with his now-fiancée, Avril.
