Leon is joined by The Hon. Brian Peckford, who is the last living First Minister that negotiated and signed The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms into law in 1982, making it part of our Canadian constitution. As the absolute authority on the original purpose of The Charter he has keen insight as to what role government should have played over the past two years, and what role it should not have taken. Peckford also outlines the details of his ongoing lawsuit.
