In today's episode, I get the chance to speak with Brian Sexton, who is an author, podcaster,  and business leader in his community.  Out of the gates, you will hear Brian's passion and love for his Cincinnati Bengals, which I thought was awesome!   We covered many topics in today's show and talked in-depth about the word relationships and how they are everything for us!  As dads, we need to teach our children how to build authentic relationships in life! 

As a Marshall grad, Brian is well-educated and shares the meaning of the word "intention," and we must show up!  His book, "People Buy From People," teaches us 10 powerful lessons from his father that he has graciously shared with us today! 

Brian opens up to share where he struggled as a father and a powerful story of a tough conversation with his son, but I loved most about this because Brian owned it!  True vulnerability and humility at their best!
