Poetic Truth is a collaborative film of 11 mini episodes + 1 Special Episode. It is a visual art project that represents the story of 12 diverse individuals from different walks of life revealing  their truth through movements and documentary-style interviews

Brian Thomas is a NYC-based filmmaker/photographer that has worked in all avenues of the biz over the past 30  years.  Brian moved to NYC in 1993 to pursue a commercial dance career. It didn't take him long to land his dream job the 1995 MTV Music Awards dancing beside Michael Jackson. After many years of touring with various artists as a dancer, BT transitioned and mastered the art of choreography earning him an Emmy Nomination for the Michael Jackson's 30th Anniversary Special.  He thrived in artist development, television, live stage, and for legendary artists in music winning awards and Emmy Recognitions for his work.

Brian's education in filmmaking and photography started at The School of Visual Arts in 2008 and fell in love with story telling.   His mission is to promote empathy thru his Visual Art; furthering a conversation about connection, equality, and mindset.
