The new full bench of the SCOTUS wasted no time overturning Wisconsin's unconstitutional law about extending election da by allowing ballots to keep coming in a week after election day. US airstrikes have killed seven AL Qaeda terrorists. A Florida congressman is pushing legislation to keep Daylight Savings Time year-round nationally. Joe Biden and the Democrats get their foot in the mouth, ahead of the election. And then, since this is my last episode before the election we'll have some pre-election thoughts as we head towards the most important election in history.

The US Senate voted 52 to 48 to confirm Amy Coney Barrett, President Trumps 3rd Supreme Court pick to the high court. The SCOTUS is expected to possibly overturn Roe vs. Wade, their ruling on Gay Marriages and even Obamacare, which have the Democrats livid. More corruption is being uncovered from Hunter Biden's investments in Ukraine that has been investigated by the FBI. Joe Biden's rallies are very small, and some with no people showing up at all. Americans are moving out of the poorly run Democratic state of California and I will explain how that will hurt the Democratic party for decades. NBC was caught spewing fake news again, this time trying to say that a Trump supporter shot somebody at a protest but, it turned out to be a security guard for a local NBS news affiliate station. Steve Nicks(D) says she is prepared to leave planet Earth if President Trump is re-elected. Also, on the program, we will look at the real science behind climate change. Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats are pushing legislation to make it easier for Congress to enact the 25th amendment. This may be what they plan to use as their plan for when and if they win the White House, to remove Joe Biden and have Kamala Harris become president. This strong conservative base on the Supreme Court will interfere with their liberal agenda. Supreme court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passes away, which leaves a seat open on the supreme court. Republicans want to do their constitutional job and fill that seat, and the Democrats think it's their seat to fill. Nancy Pelosi's visit to a closed hair salon created controversy and she says the was 'set-up' instead of of just saying she made a mistake. The Democrats are still running their mouths. President Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize twice for this peace agreements and the Democrats, won't let him have his glory. They are also saying that the wild fires in the west is because the earth is punishing us,--I have audio of Nancy Pelosi saying that. Local Democratic leaders blame it on President Trump, but I play some audio clips of Democrats calling for the violence.
