The trial centers on the disappearance and alleged murder of Ana Walshe, who was reported missing in January 2023. Prosecutors argue that her husband, Brian Walshe, killed her and disposed of her body, while the defense maintains there is no proof of premeditated murder and suggests Ana died of natural causes.
