Don’t get annoyed if a Bride reaches out in the wrong way (example DM on IG)
Nurture that lead! Make it easy for them to take the next step with you!
Not hearing back from the Bride does NOT mean she doesn’t want to hire you, or she can’t afford you. ALWAYS follow up. You’re not bothering them, you’re running a business!

How can you improve the experience your clients receive as they interact with your company during ALL the stages of the booking process?CONVERT: This is where you seal the deal and book the wedding!
My favorite way to do this is with a Phone Call Consultation and then a follow up process afterwards if they don’t hire me right away
The phone call is where you further strengthen and build a relationship with the client
The client can shift from shopping around and getting pricing from everyone to now getting to know you as a person
You build an emotional connection
Then you paint the picture of what she can expect when working with you
You listen to her needs, wants and concerns
You address all those concerns
The language you use during the call speaks to her directly, if you know your ideal Bride well enough, it will be like you’re reading her mind! You’re speaking her language!
You give her a taste of the quality of service she’ll receive just by getting on the phone with her and giving her 15 minutes of your time to fully serve her
